Camera time outer monument

I actually set up 3 cameras in this scene, one for a front view of the building (to show the opening and the changing flags), the second to circle the monument as it is being built, and the third to spin around the tower (below):

I didn't realise I could set up an aim for the camera before so that was a handy tip I learnt, good for circling objects.
