Cat concepting

Here is some sketches I did when I was deciding on eyes, nose and mouth for my cat. I looked back at the cartoon examples I posted and thought about the different features that were used. I still would like to go with a kind of sleek cat but I wanted to pick some features that would still look cat-like while being cute and stylised.

I also had a think about what my story could be for the animation - I liked the idea of having a homeless cat on the street holding a sign with the SPCA requested slogan on it, and receiving donations of food, milk etc.
