Mesh basic work

So far I have made half the base + tower and I plan to mirror it. Its had a lot of tricky vertices so I will try to mend those and work them out as I go along. I have also started meshing a basic hill shape thats kind of blocky, I could use the Maya terrain tool but using a plane almost works for my aesthetic choice. I will put steps in the hill and still have to model the flag and interior:
