R & D colours

I picked some colours out from African landscapes, I really like the evening lighting because of the pinks and purples but I imagined the animation more taking place during the day time. Therefore, I picked out one colour sample more for the background than the character because it has enough smooth variation, but is not too strong that it distracts from the characters' colouring:

I'll have a look at other colours too for emotive qualities.
